Use short sentences, to describe the topic. Remember, not to include too many short sentences as the content might look clustered or disconnected/vague.
For white papers and other long articles, indicate the length of the document.
Titles do not have to be complete sentences or clauses. The title for a Web page must be clear.
Use ‘women’ instead of ‘females’ or ‘ladies’ and don’t call adult women ‘girls’. Good example: Mary was standing in the women’s queue for one hour. Bad example: Mary was standing in the ladies’ queue for one hour.
The word ‘concept’ is often used when what is meant is simply ‘idea’ or ‘notion’. Use ‘concept’ for something complex such as ‘Hawking’s concept of time’.
